General Sales Conditions

Goods sent NOT as cash on delivery

Payment can be done through one of the following credit cards:

Dankort Visa
- The use of credit cards introduces a maximum order of DKK 30,000.- incl. VAT

Payment can also be made through bank transfer to Jyske Bank: Reg.nr: 5014 Account: 1161971
- By bank transfer please type order-number as refference.

- With payment by Visa card, the amount is not deducted before the goods are sent from our warehouse.

- Expected delivery in the webshop is about 14 days from the order is given.

- All prices are stated in EURO and with the applicable VAT. There is a shipping-cost to all reported prices in the event of the goods to be sent.

AMSperformance.dk charge no profit on freight. Orders to Norway are not subject to VAT, as the Norwegian VAT will be charged by the Norwegian Custom House.

All orders will be sent via PostDanmark.

It takes reservations for sold out goods, type-errors and errors in the reported prices.

Right of cancellation 

If you regret the purchase, we must be notified within 14 days after the day you received your goods. You have an obligation to return the product in the same state and quantity as it is received. That is to say in the original packaging intact.

By orders of goods that have been specially / ordered to the customer, there is no return, when production / order has begun. You will meet the shipping costs involved in sending the contract back.

Customer must announce reg. + Account Number on the invoice.

Title

All goods are belonging to seller until the price and additional costs is paid and the buyer is unjust to sell, mortgage or otherwise grant third parties rights over the goods in violation of title.
